1997 (9) TMI 130 - HC - Central Excise

The High Court directed the Assistant Commissioner of Central Excise, Division-II, Kanpur to finalize adjudication proceedings as per the order of the Commissioner (Appeals) within four months. The petitioner must cooperate, and the writ petition was disposed of with no other submissions.
