1999 (5) TMI 31 - SCH - Central Excise
The Supreme Court of India heard a case where a Division Bench of the High Court deleted a condition regarding mutilation of goods. The Supreme Court set aside the Division Bench's order and restored the condition as directed by the learned Single Judge. The special leave petitions were disposed of accordingly.
