2019 (7) TMI 2034 - SCH - Indian LawsQuantum of compensation - Land Reference for enhancement of compensation - assessment of market value of the acquired land on the date of publication of notification under Section 4 (1) of Land Acquisition Act 1894 - it was held by High Court that judgment and award passed by 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division Latur is set aside - HELD THAT - No case is made out to interfere with the impugned order(s) passed by the High Court.
