Direction to surrender before the trial court within a week - HELD THAT - Till date the accused has not surrendered before the trial Court. Therefore the accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court viz. the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate E.O.I Egmore Chennai within a week from today failing which the trial Court shall take necessary steps to secure the presence of the accused to serve the period of sentence.
