Seeking grant of bail - offences punishable under Sections 8/22(c)/23/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985 - HELD THAT - Considering the fact that the petitioner is also an accused in another matter which is registered against him under the NDPS Act there are absolutely no reason to grant bail to the petitioner. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed accordingly.
