2022 (9) TMI 1667 - SCH - VAT / Sales TaxSeeking permission to withdraw SLP - Input Tax Credit - petitioner has not fully complied with the requirements of Sub-Rule (1) and Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 38 of the Rules of 2006 - It was held by High Court that there are no ground to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of our revisional jurisdiction under Section 84 of the Act of 2003. HELD THAT - The Special Leave Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The Supreme Court of India, through Hon'ble Justices K.M. Joseph and Hrishikesh Roy, allowed the petitioner's counsel, Mr. Vikas Verma, to withdraw the Special Leave Petition in I.A. No. 80511/2022. Consequently, the Court "dismissed the Special Leave Petition as withdrawn."
