2025 (2) TMI 1203 - HC - Income TaxReview petition - HELD THAT - Quite apart from the fact that we find no error apparent in the view expressed in the order of 2024 (8) TMI 1578 - DELHI HIGH COURT we also find no justification to entertain this review petition which is sought to be pressed by learned counsels who had neither appeared nor advanced submissions when the matter was heard on 09 August 2024. Review petition is consequently dismissed.
The Delhi High Court, through Hon'ble Justices Yashwant Varma and Ravinder Dudeja, allowed CM Application 67243/2024 (Ex.) "subject to all just exceptions" and disposed of the application. However, in CM Application 67242/2024 seeking recall of the order dated 09-08-2024, the Court found "no error apparent in the view expressed" and no justification to entertain the review petition, especially as the petitioners' counsel had not appeared or made submissions during the original hearing. Consequently, the review petition was dismissed.
