The Supreme Court, with Hon'ble The Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay K presiding, considered a special leave petition. Counsel for the petitioner requested permission to withdraw the petition. The Court accordingly "dismissed the special leave petition as withdrawn." No respondent appeared.
