2025 (5) TMI 2171 - SCH - GSTSeeking permission for withdrawal of present special leave petition - adjudication of composite SCN - it was held by High Court that Since the Impugned Order is an appealable order the Petitioners are free to file their appeal challenging the said order. - HELD THAT - In view of the statement made the special leave petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Supreme Court, with Hon'ble The Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay K presiding, considered a special leave petition. Counsel for the petitioner requested permission to withdraw the petition. The Court accordingly "dismissed the special leave petition as withdrawn." No respondent appeared.
