2002 (2) TMI 124 - SCH - Customs

The Supreme Court allowed the appeals regarding the import of In-shell Almonds, setting aside the impugned orders and remitting the cases to the Division Bench of the High Court to consider the maintainability of the appeals filed before the Collector (Appeals).
