The High Court of Orissa at Cuttack allowed the writ application, quashed the order of the revisional authority, and directed a fresh disposal of the revision petition after giving the petitioners an opportunity to present their case. The petitioners were instructed to appear before the revisional authority on a specified date for an expedited resolution within three months.
