2000 (9) TMI 89 - HC - Customs

The High Court of Delhi upheld a revisional order regarding mis-declaration of goods from Hong Kong under the Customs Act, 1962. The court reduced the redemption fine and penalty imposed by the revisional authority. The prayer for re-export was rejected, and the redemption fine and penalty were fixed at Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 25,000 respectively.
