2000 (10) TMI 60 - HC - Customs

The High Court of Karnataka rejected writ petitions challenging orders by the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, directing petitioners to pay Rs. 10.00 lakhs out of Rs. 24,29,992/- demanded. The Court directed the appellate authority to decide the appeal within four weeks of the deposit.
