2006 (3) TMI 157 - HC - Customs

The High Court of Judicature at Bombay dismissed an appeal concerning the suspension of a Customs House Agents (CHA) license. The court found that the suspension order lacked justification for immediate action, as the show cause notice did not warrant suspension at that time. The Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal's decision was upheld, stating that no substantial question of law arose. The appeal was dismissed.
