2006 (4) TMI 169 - HC - Central Excise

The High Court of Andhra Pradesh dismissed a petition under Section 151 of CPC seeking a stay on further proceedings by the Respondent following a remand order made by CEGAT. The court ruled that no stay could be granted at that stage as the maintainability of the appeal itself was questioned by the Respondent.
