The High Court of Bombay heard a case where bad weather caused damage to a barge and tug, leading them to India shores. The court found that this did not constitute "import" under the Customs Act, 1962. Interim relief was granted to the respondents, and the court refused to stay the order due to harassment of the petitioners by the respondents.
