The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Chennai rejected the Revenue's stay application regarding the import of polybags with incorrect map of India. The Tribunal allowed the importers to affix stickers with the correct map before Customs clearance. The appeal was dismissed with the condition that Customs authorities verify the affixed stickers before clearance.
