2001 (2) TMI 165 - AT - Customs

The Commissioner of Customs revoked the CHA licence and appropriated security amount of Rs. 50,000. Appellant filed an appeal against this order. The goods filed under DEPB Scheme were found to be junk. Inquiry Officer concluded that the CHA acted in good faith. Stay petition granted, revocation of licence stayed pending appeal.
