2001 (8) TMI 236 - AT - Central Excise

The appellate tribunal in New Delhi upheld the decision of the Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals) regarding duty payment by job workers M/s. Shri Ram Rayons under Rule 57F. The tribunal found no merit in the Revenue's appeal and rejected it. (Case citation: 2001 (8) TMI 236 - CEGAT, NEW DELHI)
