2003 (7) TMI 189 - AT - Central Excise
The Revenue's appeal questioned the validity of the order setting aside confiscation of goods, redemption fine, and penalty. The Commissioner (Appeals) decision was upheld as the 100% EOU was not required to maintain RG-I register, and duty had already been paid on the intermediate product.
