The Revenue challenged the deletion of an addition of Rs. 2,39,808 by the CIT(A) in a block assessment case. The ITAT Indore upheld the CIT(A)'s decision, stating that the DVO report was not material found during the search. The Tribunal agreed that disclosed transactions cannot be part of block assessment, and the appeal was dismissed.
