The appeal dealt with re-assessment of Rubber Hoses under Heading 84.23 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. The appellants proved the hoses were made of hardened rubber and had clamps. The appeal was allowed based on the composition of the hoses and a previous Tribunal order.
