2024 (5) TMI 1066 - SCH - CustomsSeeking permission to file Review Petition - Condonation of delay - HELD THAT - Application for condonation of delay of 331 days in filing Review Petition is dismissed. Application for permission to file Review Petition is rejected. However having carefully gone through the Review Petition we are satisfied that there is no error apparent on the face of the record or any merit in the Review Petition warranting reconsideration of the order impugned. The Review Petition is accordingly dismissed.
