2010 (4) TMI 119 - AT - Service TaxNon production of clearance from COD Held that . The applicants have not produced clearance from COD. Accordingly the Stay application as well as appeal are dismissed for want of COD clearance. The applicants are at liberty to apply for restoration of appeal and the stay application as and when COD clearance is obtained
The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi dismissed the Stay application and appeal due to lack of COD clearance. Applicants can reapply once COD clearance is obtained. (2010 (4) TMI 119 - CESTAT, New Delhi)
