The Bombay High Court allowed a Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner seeking the direction to upload an Order-in-Original on an online portal under the GSTIN and to allow filing an appeal challenging the said order. The Petitioner had already made a pre-deposit as required under the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. The department was instructed to verify the deposit and entertain the appeal if the deposit was confirmed. The Writ Petition was disposed of with no order as to costs.
