2025 (4) TMI 383 - SCH - CustomsValidity of Order in Original imposing penalties upon the Petitioner under Sections 112 (b) and 114AA of the Customs Act - it was held by High Court that We decline to entertain this Writ Petition but leave it open to the Petitioner to pursue the remedy of appeal by complying with the mandatory conditions prescribed under the law. - HELD THAT - It is not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment; hence the present special leave petition is dismissed.
The Supreme Court, comprising Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice Sanjay Kumar, and Justice K. V. Viswanathan, issued an order on a special leave petition. The Court, after hearing the counsel, decided to condone the delay but chose not to interfere with the impugned judgment. Consequently, the special leave petition was dismissed. Any pending applications related to the case were also disposed of.
