HELD THAT - Prima facie it appears that the issue is covered by the judgment in Vijay Madanlal Choudhary Ors. v. Union of India Ors. 2022 (7) TMI 1316 - SUPREME COURT (LB) there are no reason to interfere with the impugned order(s) passed by the High Court. SLP dismissed.
The Supreme Court, through Hon'ble Justices M. M. Sundresh and Rajesh Bindal, dismissed the Special Leave Petitions, holding that "prima facie, it appears that the issue is covered by the judgment in Vijay Madanlal Choudhary & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors. (2022 SCC OnLine SC 929)." The Court found no reason to interfere with the impugned High Court orders. The Court expressly stated that the "question of law, if any, is kept open," and all pending applications are disposed of.
