2025 (5) TMI 1457 - SCH - Money LaunderingBail application - Money Laundering - predicate offence or not - no crime proceeds were generated in favour of the venture company - allegation against this petitioner is that he helped Mantena Srinivas Raju but the case against said Mantena Srinivas Raju in ECIR was also quashed by this Court - HELD THAT - We find no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.
The Supreme Court, through Hon'ble Justices M. M. Sundresh and Rajesh Bindal, after hearing counsel for both parties, declined to interfere with the impugned High Court order. The Court held: "We find no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court." Consequently, the Special Leave Petition was dismissed, and any pending applications were disposed of.
