2002 (9) TMI 305 - SCH - Central ExciseAppeal to Supreme Court- As the appellant not appear after the several reminders thus allow the interlocutory application and permit the advocate to withdraw from the case. Dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.
The Supreme Court allowed the advocate to withdraw from the case as the clients closed their company and settled in England. The appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution as the appellant's whereabouts were unknown.
