2025 (6) TMI 335 - HC - GSTSeeking permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply for GST AMNESTY Scheme 2024 - HELD THAT - Prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents. The instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
The Rajasthan High Court, comprising Hon'ble Chief Justice Mr. Manindra Mohan Shrivastava and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Uma Shanker Vyas, heard a petition wherein the appellant sought withdrawal with liberty to apply under the GST Amnesty Scheme, 2024. The respondents did not oppose the prayer. The Court accordingly "dismissed the petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for."
