Condonation of delay of 751 days in preferring the present petition - HELD THAT - After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner we are not satisfied with the explanation offered seeking condonation of delay of 751 days in preferring the present petition. Accordingly the special leave petition stands dismissed on the ground of delay.
