1990 (4) TMI 176 - HC - Customs

The High Court of Bombay heard two petitions and found that the respondents' order cancelling an export obligation extension was unjustified as the obligation had been fulfilled. The court ruled in favor of the petitioners in both cases, setting aside the debarring order and allowing the petitions. No costs were awarded. (Case citation: 1990 (4) TMI 176 - BOMBAY HIGH COURT)
