1991 (2) TMI 254 - AT - Customs

The stay application was rejected as the appellants failed to show a prima facie case and did not produce the required licences. The appeal must comply with Section 129E by February 26, 1991, or face dismissal. (Case Citation: 1991 (2) TMI 254 - CEGAT, NEW DELHI)
