1990 (10) TMI 226 - AT - Central Excise
The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Bombay set aside an ex parte order by the Addl. Collector due to violation of natural justice principles. The case was remanded back for re-consideration, directing the appellants to provide a detailed reply within eight weeks. Personal hearing should be granted if requested.
