1997 (3) TMI 212 - AT - Customs

The Revenue failed to produce essential documents despite multiple opportunities. The appeal was rejected for non-production of key documents like order-in-appeal and order-in-original. The Bench cannot decide the case without necessary materials. The appeal was rejected under Rule 11 of the CEGAT (Procedure) Rules.
