1997 (7) TMI 366 - AT - Customs

The appeal filed by the Revenue challenging the order-in-appeal dated 25-11-1988 was dismissed by the Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, NEW DELHI due to failure to serve notice on the respondents M/s. Rajapalayam Mills Ltd. The order-in-appeal directed reassessment of goods under Heading No. 8538.90 of the Customs Tariff.
