1997 (7) TMI 369 - AT - Central Excise

The appeal was against an order regarding Modvat credit for Aluminium Scrap. The appellant company's service center generated scrap that had not suffered duty, making it non-duty paid. The order was sustained, and the appeal was dismissed.
