1998 (1) TMI 125 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed the application for restoration of appeal due to valid reasons for non-appearance. The appeal was recalled and directed to be listed for hearing on 3-3-1998. The respondent's opposition based on intentional non-appearance was not accepted.
