1998 (3) TMI 348 - AT - Central Excise

The Revenue appealed against an order by the Collector of Central Excise (Appeals), Bangalore regarding the classification of water tanks and sanitary wares made of steel and aluminum. The Tribunal upheld the earlier decision in favor of the respondents, dismissing the appeal filed by the Revenue.
