1997 (11) TMI 303 - AT - Customs

The appellant, M/s. Nepa Agency & Co. Pvt. Ltd., filed an appeal against an interim order of the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals) directing them to deposit Rs. 5,000. The appeal was rejected as not maintainable by the Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, CALCUTTA, citing a previous Tribunal decision.
