1998 (6) TMI 222 - AT - Central Excise

The appeal was dismissed by the Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, MADRAS due to improper and incomplete filing of papers by the absent appellants. The appellants did not produce a legible paper book for adjudication. The appeal was dismissed under Rule 11 of the CEGAT (Procedure) Rules.
