Summary

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai ruled in favor of M/s. Sunsilk Dyeing & Printing Mills Pvt. Ltd. and its Director, Shri Ramprakash A. Baria, by dispensing with the pre-deposit of penalty amounting to Rs. 1.20 crores and Rs. 10.00 lacs respectively.
