1998 (6) TMI 302 - AT - Central Excise

The dispute in the appeal was about deduction of various charges. The lower authorities did not address what to do if actual figures exceed declared figures. Tribunal ruled that actual figures should determine duty, whether more or less than declared. The appeal was allowed in favor of the appellant.
