1998 (7) TMI 338 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai dismissed the appeal filed by the Commissioner of Central Excise and Customs, Aurangabad against an order regarding the transfer of Draw Die Petrol Tank. The Tribunal upheld that goods received under Chapter X procedure are regulated by Rule 196BB even after the relevant notification has been withdrawn. The appeal was dismissed.
