1998 (3) TMI 432 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal confirmed the demand of customs duty on imported copper wires, reducing the redemption fine from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 25,000. The appeal was rejected. (Case: M/s. Sterlite Indus. (India) Ltd.)
