1998 (6) TMI 305 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai considered applications for stay of operation of an order regarding the classification and assessment of dot matrix printers imported by the respondent. The tribunal granted stay of consequential refund of duty but did not stay the remaining portion of the Commissioner's order.
