1999 (4) TMI 235 - AT - Central Excise
The case involved the question of whether treating Parachute Fabric with Sodium Hypochlorite and Hydrochloric Acid constitutes a bleaching process. The tribunal ruled that the treatment was not bleaching but rather part of the scouring process to remove stains. The appeal by the Revenue was dismissed.
