1999 (5) TMI 152 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai dismissed the application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal due to oversight/ignorance. The Tribunal found the reasoning unacceptable and stated that it was not a fit case for condonation, resulting in the appeal and stay petition being dismissed.
