1999 (8) TMI 184 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi granted unconditional stay of recovery of Rs. 94,24,950 imposed on the appellants until the disposal of their appeal. The issue raised in the present application was found to be identical to previous stay petitions that were granted. The appeal by M/s. Nachiketa Steel & Pipes Ltd. will be listed along with other related appeals.
