1999 (9) TMI 238 - AT - Central Excise

The Revenue filed a reference application against Final Order No. 866/98, seeking clarification on retrospective effect of Notification No. 11/95-C.E. Tribunal held that the notification was clarificatory and could be applied retrospectively based on previous decisions. The reference application was rejected as the law was well settled on the matter.
