1999 (10) TMI 205 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi rejected the Revenue's appeal regarding the classification of flat bed screens under Heading 59.09, citing a previous Tribunal decision that classified similar items under Heading 84.42 of the Central Excise Tariff Act. The appeal was rejected based on this precedent.
